The program of the master class:

1.Garganelli pasta with basil, wild mushrooms, parmesan cream, porcini mushroom powder and tomato and herb tapenade
2.Autumn Pansotti (ravioli) with spicy cream cheese, smoked pumpkin sauce, herbs and cinnamon chips.
3.Beetroot Sweet ravioli with poppy seeds and quark cheese (reminiscent of cottage cheese/ricotta), white chocolate and tonka bean sauce, currant cream and berries, explosive caramel.
4.Spinach pasta with cod steak, bisque sauce, lemon-parsley butter and dried egg yolk.
5.Gnocchi in tomato sauce with sun-dried tomatoes, fresh pesto and spicy roasted carrots.
6.Tagliolini with chimichurri sauce and shrimp

The master class includes

  • kneading several types of dough;
  • preparation of fillings;
  • rolling out pasta and cutting it;
  • forming some pasta by hand;
  • modeling ravioli.
