About Us

Gastronomy offers a wide range of professions, and all students who want to direct their studies towards the culinary arts, or who want to build on their existing knowledge alongside exceptional mentors with extensive experience and theoretical knowledge are welcome at our school. We intend to provide students with a wide range of culinary knowledge, food industry and gastronomy. In order for our students to perfect all the necessary skills to work in a quality restaurant, we will begin to cover the important basics that all students, regardless of their education, should go through. As part of their training, students will learn about heat and mechanical processing of food, recognizing quality ingredients, ingredient bonding, creating quality restaurant menus, setting up and serving food, professional cooking standards, food storage, food portions, and the history of gastronomy.

Our goal is to develop an educational center with an emphasis on creativity, research and promotion of modern cuisine and culinary technologies. Through the education of professional chefs, pastry chefs and professionals in other areas of gastronomy. We are building an institute that is a unique place for chefs, restaurant owners, managers and culinary media to learn and refresh their knowledge, as well as to find out what is new in the world of food, beverages and desserts.

In order to offer our students a complete gastronomy and cuisine experience, we have created joint programs with a world-renowned culinary school.

Our students have the opportunity to gain invaluable international experience and become truly immersed in the culture that shaped this world-famous cuisine. In addition to hours of hands-on learning, excursions and workshops, students will also be assigned several months of internships where they will gain experience in high-end restaurants and pastry shops. The networking opportunities are endless and the doors to potential jobs are open as students prove themselves as capable chefs in the real world of high-end gastronomy.
