I heard fresh herbs keep longer in the freezer so I just stick them in there. Although I just looked at them (it's actually basil) and the leaves ARE looking a little wilty. :( And a tad dark but I'm not ready to write them off yet. Oh yes! I tend to pick mine to death over winter, so that's great to know -- do you just put whole sprigs in a freezer bag? Other herbs as well (maybe just hearty ones?)? Steph, did you try it on him?
