Hayli, that's an amazing feat -- definitely keep the healthy part a secret. My kids wouldn't touch it, of course. They pretty much eat variations of four meals, all the time. What can you do. Force more things as they get older, I guess?

Nana -- so good to hear from you. Would love to see you in your peat moss house. Did you guys have a pet leprechaun?

Looks like the lemon curd I made once (never to make again, haha). It seemed difficult to me. Hey, I made your Tuscan White Bean Soup recipe this weekend and my 4-year-old son LOVED it! He doesn't normally eat big chunks of vegetables, especially onions, so I was obviously thrilled. I didn't mention the "chili" was healthy because I made that mistake once! :)

Steph, that's reassuring.
The lemon curd part, that is -- not the underscored kicking of the bucket ; )

Your lemon curd looks like the lemon curd I've eaten (which came in a jar and was delish). Maybe you should blog David and tell him to be more specific in his later editions of said book. Because he will have more editions. Because he is awesome.

Middle-aged, eh? You're definitely about to kick the bucket. :)
