It seemed difficult to me. Hey, I made your Tuscan White Bean Soup recipe this weekend and my 4-year-old son LOVED it! He doesn't normally eat big chunks of vegetables, especially onions, so I was obviously thrilled. I didn't mention the "chili" was healthy because I made that mistake once! :) Looks like the lemon curd I made once (never to make again, haha). It seemed difficult to me.
