Rebecca -- I don't remember having anything online yet (I haven't indexed all my recipes, but nothing is even coming to mind that's not indexed). BUT... give me a couple days, and I'm posting one of my favorite winter stews: Tuscan White Bean.

Also, don't know if you do Cook's Illustrated online, but I saw yesterday that they're showcasing a White Chicken Chile recipe. Worth checking out if you can.

I feel ridiculous saying this, but I have been craving cauliflower since last spring, but have done nothing about it. Now I will. Tomorrow. I will buy cauliflower and roast it and eat it. Finally. Very much looking forward to that.

P.S. Do you have a good chili (or substantial winter stew) recommendation? I'm going to search your web site and see . . .

I love roasted cauliflower. I had a Weight Watchers buddy give me a recipe for roasted cauliflower where you sprinkled it with chili powder. Yum. Looks delicious!
