		<description>Hey Katy!

Well, after a quick look at your blog, Im already addicted. :) I did a quick search for wheat bread, since Im always looking for a better recipe, and its bread baking day around here. Today as I opened a new bag of KA&#039;s whole wheat, I noticed a recipe for a No-Knead 100% loaf....too good to be true eh? I tried it and its both delicious and moist! Surprisingly, it has orange juice and molasses in it....which I think explains the moisture in it. I didnt have any dry milk on hand, so I threw in half of a beaten egg instead. It didnt rise as well, but was still really good! Anyway, from one foodie to another, I thought I would pass it along.....
