David, the ice-cream genius, takes it too far.
Or is it just me? For some reason, I can totally recommend sticking bacon bits into a cake, but to candy it and then swirl it into ice cream? THAT, my friends, is the work of a bacon-obsessed maniac.
But I’d still try it, if he was my neighbor.
